We currently accept orders for delivery to UK and the rest of the EU (Plus Norway and Switzerland).
When your order is despatched from our distribution centre you will receive an email stating your tracking number. 
Rocket Dog reserves the right to hold any order for security review. Any affected customers will be notified. 

Free Delivery

• Our free delivery is on all orders sent via UK standard delivery method. The delivery discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.
• Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the tracking information
• Please allow up to 5 working days from order date until delivery
• Your order will normally be sent via Royal Mail Tracked service which does not require a signature on arrival. If you are out at time of delivery your order may be left with a neighbour, hidden in a safe place or taken back to the Royal Mail depot. A card will be left through your door to advise
• Orders for delivery to the BFPO cannot be sent by standard service as these orders can only be sent by Special Delivery. Therefore please select Next Day delivery if this applies to your order
• Please note that during any Royal Mail National Strikes we will ship your order via DHL so as not to cause any delays to your delivery. From time to time during Royal Mail localised action there may be delays to UK standard service, however where possible we will aim to ship your order by DHL to avoid these delays
• Rocket Dog Brands International will not be held responsible for delays to delivery caused by weather conditions

UK standard delivery:

• This will cost you GBP3.50 per order.
• Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the tracking information
• Please allow up to 5 working days from order date until delivery

UK next day delivery

• This will cost you GBP6.95 per order
• You can select next day delivery from the list when you go to checkout your order
• Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the tracking information
• Orders placed before 12.00 noon (GMT) on a week day will be dispatched that day for delivery on the next working day. Delivery may be made on a Saturday for some postcodes
• Orders placed after 12.00 noon (GMT) on a week day may not be dispatched until the following working day for delivery the day after that
• Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday for next day delivery will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the day after that
• Please note we cannot guarantee next day delivery to Northern Ireland, UK Off-Shore Islands, very remote locations or BFPO delivery addresses
• Your order will normally be sent via CityLink and requires a signature upon delivery. If you are out at time of delivery a card will be put through your door
• Rocket Dog Brands International Ltd will not be held responsible for delays to next day deliveries caused by weather conditions

Deliveries to Republic of Ireland:

• This will cost you GBP6.95 per order
• Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the tracking information
• Please allow up to 10 working days from time of order until delivery
• Your order will normally be sent via DHL and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are out at time of delivery your item may be left with a neighbour, put in a safe place or taken to the DHL depot. A card will be put through your door to advise

Deliveries to the rest of Europe:

• This will cost you GBP15.00 per order
• Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the tracking information
• Please allow up to 10 working days from time of order until delivery
• Your order will normally be sent via DHL and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are out at time of delivery your item may be left with a neighbour, put in a safe place or taken to the DHL depot. A card will be put through your door to advise
• note for deliveries to BFPO addresses, non-EU destinations and some EU Islands we will send your order by Royal Mail e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Canaries, Balearics, Cyprus & Malta. We are not always able to provide a tracking number for this service. Please allow 10 working days from time of order before contacting us
• Any customs charges, taxes or duty fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Rocket Dog Brands International Ltd

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to your tracking details so you can track your order on-line
• Please visit www.royalmail.co.uk for orders sent by Royal Mail and then click where it says Personal Customers then select the Tracking tab and enter your tracking number in the box. For Standard orders your tracking number will start with the letters JC and for Next day orders your tracking number will start with the letters BI
• For UK orders sent by DHL visit http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/ under the heading Domestic Express select By Indent Code and in the box under From Indent Code, type your tracking number and click Submit. Your tracking number will start with the letters JD
• For EU orders sent by DHL visit http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/ under heading Europe select By Tracknet and enter your tracking number in the box titled Indentcode. Your tracking number will start with the letters JD

Delivery Address

• Rocket Dog Brands International Ltd can dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder. However for security reasons your first order can only be delivered to your billing address
