Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK and throughout the rest of the EU plus Norway and Switzerland. Please check our stockists page for details.
What do you charge for postage?
We offer free Standard delivery in the UK.
Standard delivery is usually GBP3.50 for all UK orders. UK Next Day delivery is GBP6.95.
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is GBP6.95
EU delivery is GBP15.00 Deliveries are made Monday-Friday only.
Your order via Next Day delivery must be placed by 12noon in order to deliver the following day.
Orders for Next Day delivery placed by 12noon Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Please note, any orders taken on UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
All orders with a value of more than GBP100.00 will receive free UK standard delivery.
What methods of payment do you take?
We accept many different credit and debit cards. You can find a list of these on our Payment Policy page.
We also accept payment via Paypal.
We do not accept cheques.
Where do I find my payment card Verification Value (CVV)?
The Card Verification Value is the last three digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card.
This code is required to help us ensure that the person using the card has it in front of them.
When will you take payment?
Payment will be taken on placement of your order.
I can't find the shoe I want online, is it available?
We currently sell a selection of our current Rocket Dog range online. Previous season's items will be sold in our offers category.
If the style you require isn't available online, please click our 'WHERE TO BUY' tab and you can search for your nearest stockist.
Can I use Discount Codes online?
We will occasionally issue online discount codes via our email newsletter or social media. These can be used on the website by entering the code in the promotional code box on your basket before pressing the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
Why is my size not available?
All Rocket Dog female styles range from sizes UK 3 to UK 8. If you cannot select the particular size that you are looking for in a style, this will mean that we have no stock currently left in that style. Please click on 'WHERE TO BUY' to find your nearest stockist to see if they have your size or email email@example.com to enquire if we are expecting more stock in.
Why is my basket empty?
Items remain in your shopping basket for 1 hour. After this time, your basket will be emptied and your items will return to the Rocket Dog stock.
Why have some products disappeared from my basket?
We have limited numbers of some styles and so when the product is out of stock it will no longer be in your basket for purchase.
What is your online returns policy?
On full priced items we will accept Items not worn, used or damaged for a refund if received within 30 days of dispatch. Please send an email with the details to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us that you are returning your order. Follow the instruction note inside your order on how to return your parcel. Once your goods are accepted back into our warehouse you will be issued with a refund which can take up to 30 days. For faulty returns or if you have received the incorrect item, we will credit you the original postage. If you have ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind we regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the credit/debit card or PayPal account originally used for payment. You may exchange your order for a different size or colour of the same style. If you wish to change your item please arrange a return and place a new order on our website for the new item. Sale Items can only be returned if they are faulty. Please follow the process for full priced faulty item returns. For all UK returns please ensure you get a certificate of posting. If the return is from an EU address, the return must be sent using a method which generates proof of delivery. Rocket Dog Brands International Ltd cannot be held responsible for any lost items. If for any reason you wish to return your unworn/unused footwear, please email email@example.com for instructions and details on returning your purchase. I haven't received an order confirmation email
An automated email would have been sent to the email address that was submitted. If a confirmation email is not received within 24 hours of the order being placed please contact our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where's my order?
You can track your order online. Please refer to your dispatch confirmation for the tracking number and follow the instructions on our Delivery Info page. If you wish to amend your order, email us on email@example.com.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days to all destinations within the UK. UK Next Day delivery is available for most destinations in the UK. Delivery will be within one working day. UK Next Day delivery cannot be guaranteed to Northern Ireland, off-shore islands or very remote locations. Scottish highlands and islands will take two or three working days for this service. Deliveries to EU destinations may take up to 10 working days.
