Rocket Dog is pleased to announce UK teen freestyle skiing sensation Katie Summerhayes as a new member of its team. Katie Summerhayes is 14 years old and is from Sheffield. Like any normal 14 year old, Katie likes facebook, chocolate and The Twilight Saga films. But unlike most normal 14 year olds, Katie is also a ferociously talented freestyle skier. No stranger to the top step of the podium both at national and international levels, Katie also made history by being the youngest British Freestyle Skiing Champion. And now she is latest member of Rocket Dog's brand ambassador programme - a scheme devised to help support and promote active healthy living and sports participation among girls and young women. Katie Summeyhayes said: "I am so stoked to have been invited to become a Rocket Dog Ambassador. The Rocket Dog brand is awesome and the shoes fit in so well with my Freestyle Skiing lifestyle." |
