We currently accept orders for delivery to UK and the rest of the EU (Plus Norway and Switzerland).

Free Delivery

  • Our free delivery is on all orders sent via UK standard delivery method. The delivery discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.
  • Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the tracking information
  • Please allow up to 5 working days from order date until delivery
  • Your order will normally be sent via Royal Mail Tracked service which does not require a signature on arrival. If you are out at time of delivery your order may be left with a neighbour, hidden in a safe place or taken back to the Royal Mail depot. A card will be left through your door to advise
  • We are unable to offer a UK standard service to BFPO addresses
  • Please note that during any Royal Mail National Strikes we will ship your order via City Link so as not to cause any delays to your delivery. From time to time during Royal Mail localised action there may be delays to UK standard service, however where possible we will aim to ship your order by City Link to avoid these delays
  • Rocket Dog Brands International will not be held responsible for delays to delivery caused by weather conditions

  • This will cost you GBP6.95 per order
  • You can select next day delivery from the list when you go to checkout your order
  • Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the tracking information
  • Orders placed before 12.00 noon (GMT) on a week day will be dispatched that day for delivery on the next working day.  Delivery may be made on a Saturday for some postcodes
  • Orders placed after 12.00 noon (GMT) on a week day may not be dispatched until the following working day for delivery the day after that
  • Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday for next day delivery will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the day after that
  • We cannot offer a UK next day service to BFPO addresses
  • Your order will normally be sent via City Link and requires a signature upon delivery.  If you are out at time of delivery a card will be put through your door
  • Rocket Dog Brands International Ltd will not be held responsible for delays to next day deliveries caused by weather conditions

Deliveries to Republic of Ireland:

  • This will cost you GBP6.95 per order
  • Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the tracking information
  • Please allow up to 10 working days from time of order until delivery
  • Your order will normally be sent via DHL and will require a signature upon delivery.  If you are out at time of delivery your item may be left with a neighbour, put in a safe place or taken to the DHL depot.  A card will be put through your door to advise 

Deliveries to the rest of Europe:

  • This will cost you GBP15.00 per order
  • Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the tracking information
  • Please allow up to 10 working days from time of order until delivery
  • Your order will normally be sent via DHL and will require a signature upon delivery.  If you are out at time of delivery your item may be left with a neighbour, put in a safe place or taken to the DHL depot.  A card will be put through your door to advise 
  • Please note for deliveries to BFPO addresses, non-EU destinations and some EU Islands we will send your order by Royal Mail e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Canaries, Balearics, Cyprus & Malta.  We are not always able to provide a tracking number for this service. Please allow 10 working days from time of order before contacting us
  • Any customs charges, taxes or duty fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Rocket Dog Brands International Ltd

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to your tracking details so you can track your order on-line
  •  Please visit www.royalmail.co.uk for orders sent by Royal Mail and then click where it says Personal Customers then select the Tracking tab and enter your tracking number in the box. 
  • For UK next day orders sent by City Link visit www.city-link.co.uk and enter yout tracking number in the Track Your Parcel section 
  • For EU orders sent by DHL visit www.dhl.co.uk  and enter your tracking number in the box below Track Your Shipment. If your order has been sent via Royal Mail International please use the Royal Mail tracking instructions above. However, please note that tracking is not possible to some European destinations

Delivery Address:

  • Rocket Dog Brands International Ltd can dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder.  However for security reasons your first order can only be delivered to your billing address
  •  We operate an address verification system for your security
