FREE returns on all UK orders!


We hope you love your new Rocket Dogs! Please feel free to try them on and walk around your house to get a sense of their comfort and style. If, for any reason, they don't fit perfectly, you can return them within 30 days, as long as they are unworn and in their original box. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need help with returns. We're here to make the process easy for you!

Refunds will typically take 7-10 days from receipt of returned goods.

Only products purchased through the Rocket Dog website can be returned. If purchased elsewhere, please refer to the sellers' terms and conditions.

Please note that only the product's value will be refunded, not the original postage cost.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it to us for a refund, then place a new order on our website.

HOW TO RETURN
Returns are via Yodel.

Your parcel comes with a returns label included. All you need to do is fill out the form, attach the label, wrap it up securely, and drop it off at one of over 7,000 Yodel collection points.

Customers outside the UK and in the Channel Islands are responsible for their return shipping costs.

Can I return my purchase?

  • Of course. In the UK, returns are free via Collect+. A returns label is included in the parcel. Only the cost of the product will be refunded, not the initial shipping cost. Customers outside the UK are responsible for their return shipping costs.

Can I exchange my item?

  • Sorry, but we cannot offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, return it to us for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Have you received my return?

  • Returns usually take 2-5 days to reach us and can be tracked on the Collect Plus website using the reference on your receipt.

How Refunds Are Issued?

  • Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • If payment is made using a combination of cash and Loyalty Points, we will refund using a combination of cash and points proportional to the original order.

I can't find my returns label.

  • A new returns label can be printed from the Collect+ website. Remember to include details of your purchase, including the order number, so that we can process your return.

I bought Rocket Dog products from another retailer. Can I return them?

  • Only products purchased through the Rocket Dog website (www.rocketdog.co.uk) can be returned to us. If purchased elsewhere, please refer to the seller's terms and conditions.

What should I do if I used Rewards points to pay for an item I want to return?

  • If payment is made using a combination of cash and Loyalty Points, we will issue the refund using a combination of cash and points proportional to the original order.
  • To return a product that was purchased using Loyalty Points, please proceed with the usual steps on our website. Once you have started the return, email us with your order number. Our customer service team will take care of manually refunding your points.
