¬†Extended Christmas Returns ūüéĄ

To make your holiday shopping easier, we have extended our return policy for Christmas gifts. If you purchase any items from our website between November 1st, 2023 and December 24th, 2023, you can return them until January 8th, 2024, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging and have not been worn. Our usual refund policy will apply for purchases made from December 25th onwards.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! For this reason, we ask that you return your items in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Don't worry about trying your new Rocket Dogs on - we encourage it! Just make sure you do it indoors for the best look and feel.

Refunds will normally take 7-10 days from receipt of returned goods.

Only products purchased through the Rocket Dog website can be returned. If purchased elsewhere, please refer to the sellers' terms and conditions.

Please note that only the product's value will be refunded, not the original postage cost.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.  If you wish to change an item, please return it to us for a refund, then place a new order on our website.

 

HOW TO RETURN


Returns are via Yodel.

A returns label is included in the parcel. 

  1. Fill out the form
  2. Attach the returns label to the package
  3. Ensure the package is sealed securely.
  4. Drop it off at one of over 7,000 Yodel Stores.

FREE returns on UK orders.

Customers outside the UK and in the Channel Islands are responsible for their return shipping costs.

Can I return my purchase?

Of course. A Yodel returns label is included in the parcel. Only the cost of the product will be refunded, not the initial shipping cost. Non-UK customers in zones 1-5 are responsible for their return shipping costs.

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.  If you wish to change an item, return it to us for a refund, then place a new order on our website.

Have you received my return?

Returns normally take 2-5 days to reach us and can be tracked on the Yodel website using the reference on your receipt.

Where is my refund?

Refunds will normally take 7-10 days from receipt of returned goods, and you will receive a confirmation email from Rocket Dog once it has been actioned.

I can't find my returns label?

A new returns label can be printed from the Yodel website. Remember to include details of your purchase, including the order number, so we can process your return. 

I received a Collect+ returns label; can I use this?

Collect+, delivered by Yodel, has changed its name and is now just Yodel. But don’t worry; it’s the same service provided by the same team that has always returned your parcels from your local convenience store.

Can my original postage be refunded?

Sorry, but we do not refund postage.

I bought a Rocket Dog product from another retailer. Can I return it?

Only products purchased through the Rocket Dog website can be returned. Please refer to the seller's terms and conditions for products purchased elsewhere.
