Important Information
- Next Working Day Delivery: Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
- Next Working Day Delivery Exclusions: Unfortunately, this service is not available for the following postcodes:
Scotland: AB, DD, FK17–21, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY10, KY14–16, PA, PH, ZE
Northern Ireland: BT
Channel Islands: GY, JE
Isle of Man: IM
Scilly Isles: TR21–25

Regional and International Delivery
- Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly: £5.99 (3–5 working days).
- Europe: We currently do not deliver to European countries.
- BFPO and PO Boxes: Delivery is not available to BFPO addresses or PO Boxes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
What time will my order arrive?
Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 20:00.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. All orders delivered to the UK and Ireland require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you’re unavailable, the courier may:
- Leave your parcel with a neighbour.
- Place it in a safe location.
- Return it to the depot and leave a card with further instructions.
Are there exclusions for Next Working Day delivery?
Yes. Next Working Day delivery is unavailable for the following postcode areas:
- Scotland: AB, DD, FK17–21, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY10, KY14–16, PA, PH, ZE
- Northern Ireland: BT
- Channel Islands: GY, JE
- Isle of Man: IM
- Scilly Isles: TR21–25
- Other areas: DG5–9, DG10–16, ML10–12, PO30–41, TD
Returns Policy Overview
- FREE Returns for UK Orders: If you'd like to use our free Yodel returns service, complete the form at yodel.co.uk/returns/rocketdog. Yodel will email you a label to print at home.
- No printer? You can use our Royal Mail returns service instead for £1.99 via our returns portal.
- If neither option works for you: Please contact our Customer Service team who will help find the best solution.
- Exclusions: Customers in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and outside the UK must cover the cost of return postage.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

- Billing and Delivery Addresses: You can deliver to an address different from your billing address.
