Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.


1. YOUR STATUS By placing an order on our site, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You are at least 16 years old.

2. FORMATION OF CONTRACT

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • Your order is an offer to purchase a product. We will accept this offer by sending an email confirming that your order has been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation").
  • The contract is formed only when we send the Dispatch Confirmation.
  • Once an order is confirmed, we process it as quickly as possible, making changes difficult. However, if you need any assistance, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@rocketdog.uk, and we will do our best to help.
  • You can attempt to cancel your order at any time before receiving the Dispatch Confirmation by contacting our customer service team at customerservice@rocketdog.uk. However, once the order confirmation email has been sent, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have 14 days from receiving their order to cancel their purchase for a full refund, including standard delivery charges.

3. PAYMENT

  • Accepted payment methods: Mastercard, VISA, Visa Debit, and PayPal.
  • Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
  • All card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by the issuer. If declined, we will not be liable for non-delivery.
  • To prevent fraud, we may validate your details against commercially available records. By ordering, you consent to these checks.

4. PRICING & VAT

  • Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery charges are additional unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.

5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Please note: We do not deliver to Ireland, countries in the European Union, BFPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

  • Delivery Options:
    • Standard Delivery (Tracked): £3.99 (3–5 working days)
    • Free Standard Delivery on orders over £60
    • Next Working Day Delivery: £5.99 (order by 3pm Mon–Fri)
    • Offshore & Remote Areas (e.g. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly): £5.99 (3–5 working days)
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as adverse weather.

Delivery Address Verification:

  • For security reasons, your first order may need to be delivered to your billing address.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We hope you love your new Rocket Dog shoes! If they’re not right, you can return them within 30 days, provided:
    • The shoes are unworn (no outdoor use).
    • They are in their original box and packaging with tags attached.
  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
  • If an item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us at customerservice@rocketdog.uk to arrange a free return.
  • Returns:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a tracked service for safe processing.
    • Free Returns via Yodel: Visit our Yodel returns page to create and download a free return label. You will need access to a printer to use this service.
    • No printer? Please use our Royal Mail returns service, which is paperless.
    • Royal Mail Returns: £1.99 fee deducted from your refund. Generate a QR code or label via our Royal Mail returns portal.
    • International Returns (including, but not limited to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly):
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 days of receiving the returned item.
    • No direct exchanges; place a new order after receiving your refund.
    • For assistance, contact customerservice@rocketdog.uk.

Returns & Promotions:
Where a promotion (e.g. ‘buy one, get one free’ or ‘buy two, get 50% off the second’) has been applied to your order, your refund will be adjusted if you return part of the order. You must return all qualifying items to receive a full refund. If only some items are returned, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect the actual price of the items kept.

7. GIFT CARDS

    • Digital Gift Cards are valid for 24 months.
    • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • If lost or stolen, they cannot be replaced.
    • Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
    • The Rocket Dog digital gift card is only valid on www.rocketdog.co.uk.
    • Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to digital gift card purchases.
    • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
    • Any unused balance after 24 months will expire and cannot be recovered.

8. LIABILITY

    • We warrant that our products are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
    • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
    • If you receive a faulty or misdescribed product, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
    • Customers have six months from the date of purchase to claim for faulty goods.
    • Please contact customerservice@rocketdog.uk with details of the issue and your order number.
    • This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other legally prohibited exclusions.

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

10. LAW & JURISDICTION

    • These Terms are governed by English law.
    • Any disputes will be resolved in English courts.
    • We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact customerservice@rocketdog.uk.
    • If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). More information is available at Trading Standards.
    • In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, supplier disruptions), Rocket Dog shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations beyond its control.

11. COMPETITIONS

February 2026 Gift Card Competition Terms and Conditions

    • Promoter: Maxguard Limited, 1st Floor (Front), 75-77 Margaret Street, London, W1W 8SY.
    • Eligibility: UK residents aged 18+, excluding Rocket Dog employees or those involved in the competition.
    • How to Enter: Submit your email via our popup or newsletter page between 4-14th February 2026. One entry per person. No purchase required.
    • Prizes: £100, £75, and £50 Rocket Dog gift cards. Digital only. Valid for 24 months. Not refundable or redeemable for cash.
    • Winner Selection: Random draw. Winners notified via email and must respond within 14 days or prize may be reallocated.
    • Publicity: Winners agree to reasonable publicity use of their name/image. Personal data processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
    • General: Rocket Dog reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition. Subject to English law and jurisdiction.

February 2026 Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

    • Promoter: Maxguard Limited, 1st Floor (Front), 75-77 Margaret Street, London, W1W 8SY.

    • Eligibility: UK residents aged 18+, excluding Rocket Dog employees or those involved in the competition.

    • How to Enter: Tag a friend in the comments on the giveaway post on Instagram and ensure both the entrant and the tagged friend follow @rocketdogeurope on Instagram. Entries that do not meet all entry requirements will not be considered valid.  

    • Entry Period: The giveaway opens on Feb 4th 2026. The giveaway closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Feb 14th 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted. 

    • Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by 11:59 pm UK time on 15 February. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    • Publicity: Winners agree to reasonable publicity use of their name/image. Personal data processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

    • General: Rocket Dog reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition. Subject to English law and jurisdiction.

12. RIGHT TO AMEND TERMS

    • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
    • Any significant changes will be notified to you by email or through a notice on our website.
