Remove loose dirt with a soft, dry cloth, then wipe the faux leather upper gently with a clean, lightly damp cloth. Dab the faux shearling lining sparingly if needed, avoiding soaking or scrubbing. Air dry naturally away from direct heat and wipe the sole separately with a lightly damp cloth.

If you’re unavailable, the courier may:

Leave your parcel with a neighbour.
Place it in a safe location.
Return it to the depot and leave a card with further instructions.

Yes. Next Working Day delivery is unavailable for the following postcode areas:

FREE Returns for UK Orders: If you'd like to use our free Yodel returns service, complete the form at yodel.co.uk/returns/rocketdog. Yodel will email you a label to print at home.
No printer? You can use our Royal Mail returns service instead for £1.99 via our returns portal.
If neither option works for you: Please contact our Customer Service team who will help find the best solution.
Exclusions: Customers in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and outside the UK must cover the cost of return postage.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
