If you’re unavailable, the courier may:

  • Leave your parcel with a neighbour.
  • Place it in a safe location.
  • Return it to the depot and leave a card with further instructions.

Yes. Next Working Day delivery is unavailable for the following postcode areas:

  • FREE Returns for UK Orders: If you'd like to use our free Yodel returns service, complete the form at yodel.co.uk/returns/rocketdog. Yodel will email you a label to print at home.
  • No printer? You can use our Royal Mail returns service instead for £1.99 via our returns portal.
  • If neither option works for you: Please contact our Customer Service team who will help find the best solution.
  • Exclusions: Customers in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and outside the UK must cover the cost of return postage.
