"I love the boots but the insole has completely collapsed in the right boot and going that way in the left, making them very painful. I tried putting an insole in there but the boots were still very uncomfortable and the insole is now sinking into the plastic grid and the holes between the grid. I am no longer able to wear them, after only 3 weeks. I would never buy these again."
